Emma's lunch and dinner of choice lately has been sandwiches, which is fine with me b/c for a long time I couldn't get her to eat lunch meat (other than bologna) and forget the bread. Now she asks for sandwiches and insists on making them herself. Also fine with me. She also enjoys making them for daddy's lunch each day. The cats LOVE to stay close by while Emma is preparing her sam-itches and you will see why while you watch the video.
