We made a stop at the Museum of Science to see the dinosaurs and butterfly exhibit (was not impressed at all with the butterfly exhibit) and then proceeded to FaneuilHall and Quincy Market to have some lunch. At Emma's request, we ate at Cheers with Norm and Frasier. And although they claim that Cheers is a place where everybody knows your name, I can pretty much guarantee that they did not know our names, but we had a great mommy-daughter lunch, had our picture taken with Norm, and even completed a squishin' mission mission while we walked around.
Then we were off to the North End to see Paul Revere's house. Emma was pleased to see that he had stairs at his house just like we do and she eagerly posed for some photos in front of the house. She impressed some tourists when we walked inside and she exclaimed "Mom! A cradle like at John Adam's house!" Sure enough, there was a wooden baby cradle on the floor near the fireplace in the kitchen, just like we had seen at the Adam's homestead a few weeks ago. A man turned around and said, "She knows who John Adams is? How old is she?" Emma proudly answered "2 and a half!" And just to show off a little more (we couldn't resist) I asked Emma what Paul's horse was named. She immediately answered, "Brown Beauty!" Wide eyes all around.
